Position Summary

TWINS Industrial Services is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and build relationships in the oilfield, pipeline, fabrication, and industrial sectors.

We are a growing NDT company based in West Texas providing services such as Industrial Radiography/X-ray, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Visual Inspection, CWI/API inspection support, and related field inspection services.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, professional, and comfortable talking with customers, visiting shops/yards, following up on leads, and helping bring in new work.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing accounts

• Visiting potential customers in the field, shops, yards, and offices

• Following up on leads, quotes, and job opportunities

• Helping promote TWINS Industrial Services’ NDT and inspection capabilities

• Communicating customer needs to operations and management

• Tracking sales activity and providing regular updates

• Representing the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Sales experience in oilfield, welding, fabrication, pipeline, construction, or industrial services

• Knowledge of NDT is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Must be reliable, professional, and motivated to grow with the company

Compensation

Pay will be discussed based on experience and structure. Commission or performance-based incentives may be available for the right candidate.
